For the comfort of your guests we limit numbers to 30 people Minimum two night stay in a Two Bedroom Villa and Two Bedroom Grand Villa (sharing the same compound area) Full nightly tariff applies for all villa types Confirmed late check out of 12 noon Standard setup time is 12pm and an early arrival is subject to availability Venue hire fee of $1000 is required and is payable one month prior to arrival A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking A Villa condition report to be completed and signed at time of check in Number of guests staying at The Villas must not exceed the agreed number for each villa type Small trios or jazz quartets and DJs permitted inside until 10pm All guests are requested to use off street parking only A pre-approved credit card security bond is required for any damages All external event suppliers are liable for any damages caused to The Villas property or equipment Villa furniture may be moved upon approval by Villas management All non-villa guests to vacate premises by 11pm A $200 fee will be charged for each noise complaint where security is called All hire equipment to be removed from the villa by 12 noon on day of check out
