At The Villas of Byron we offer In Villa Yoga for beginners and advanced alike. A 1 on 1 class or a small group setting is the best way to learn the foundations of yoga or to challenge even the most seasoned practitioners. Learn to breathe, listen to your instructor’s calm voice and meditate if you can, I can guarantee if it’s your first time you’ll be hooked after 1 session.
Yoga overlooking the zen garden and pool with the serene sounds of running water from the waterfall feature at anytime of the day is a good idea, early morning when the birds are singing is a delight!
