After four very successful years at The Morrison Bar & Oyster Room, Sydney, Executive Chef Sean Connolly has bought his infamous Crab Carnival to the seafood loving community of Byron Bay.

Between March 20th – April 16th Sean delivers his crab themed menu, cocktail & beer specials, and weekly events in a celebration of the crustacean to get you out of your shell. Sean’s inspiration for this year’s menu came from his time spent in NYC and Tokyo.

The month long carnival celebrates all things crab, showcasing five varieties of the crustacean delight, including Snow Crab, Blue Crab, Soft Shell Crab, Mud Crab paired perfectly to Sean’s delicious dishes.

So don a bib, grab a mallet and smash some crabs in a guaranteed cracking good time!
