What is the difference between the villas?

Each villa has its own private heated pool and spa, open plan living areas, private outdoor rain showers, heated marble floors, handcrafted furniture and features, Air Conditioning, Plasma TV/DVD/CD/iPod with surround sound, Foxtel with in-house movies, Apple TV, Free WIFI and many other features which will help you to relax and enjoy your stay.

One Bedroom Luxury villa is our smallest villa, featuring a king-size bed, full-size bathroom, gourmet kitchen, living and lounging areas.

One Bedroom Luxury Grand villa is generously proportioned and spacious, featuring a king-size bed, full-size bathroom, immense gourmet kitchen, office, indoor and outdoor dining areas, an enormous living area.

Two Bedroom Luxury villa – A vast and sumptuous main bedroom featuring a king-size bed and a charming second bedroom with a queen-size bed, with a gourmet kitchen, separate bathrooms and open plan living and dining areas.

Two Bedroom Luxury Grand villa is incredibly roomy, featuring two immense bedrooms, both with king-size beds, two deluxe bathrooms, office, immense gourmet kitchen and little kitchenette in a second bedroom, an enormous lounge and dining areas plus yards of space to endlessly luxuriate.

How many people can sleep in each villa?

One Bedroom Luxury villa – 2 adults & 1 infant, 1 king-size bed & baby cot

One Bedroom Luxury Grand villa – 2 adults & 1 child, 1 king-size bed & baby cot or rollaway bed

Two Bedroom Luxury villa – 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child, 1 king-size bed &1 queen-size bed

Two Bedroom Luxury Grand villa – 4 adults or 2 adults & 3 children, 2 king-size beds & baby cot or rollaway bed

What is the bedding for additional guests?

The use of extra beds other than the number booked will attract an additional tariff. The additional bedding is a rollaway bed, which is $80 per night.

Do you have baby cots for hire?

Yes, we do have port-a-cots or rollaway beds for hire. Port-a-cot is $20 per night and rollaway bed is $80 per night.

Do you offer babysitting services during the stay?

We can organise qualified Child Careers for day and night – $25 per hour, maximum of 3 children per Child Career (minimum booking of 3 hours). A surcharge of double standard rates applies on Christmas Day and New Years’ Eve.

How far are you located from town centre?

The Villas of Byron are located only a short 10-15 min walk from Byron’s famous beaches, cafes and restaurants.

What are your check-in and check-out time?

Standard check in time is 2.00 pm on the day of arrival and the villa is to be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. An additional fee will be charged if you do not check out by 10.00 am.

Do you offer early check-in and late check-out?

Early arrivals and late check outs are at the discretion of Management and must be requested at the time of booking and can only be confirmed 1 day prior to arrival or departure. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, the only way to absolutely ensure early check-in or late check-out is to book an extra night or half day where availability permits. Half day rates are charged at 50% of the nightly tariff and will extend the check out time until 2:00 pm and allow an early check in from 10:00 am.

Do you offer airport transfers?

We do offer Luxury airport transfers, the vehicle is nothing short of superb in its comfort and service, and has refreshments onboard for your trip down to Byron Bay. It is a direct service and personalized collection of your luggage.

Do you have a pool or spa?

Our each villa has its own private heated pool and spa which are heated all year round – 27 degrees in the pool and the spa is 36 degrees.

Do you have car parking?

There is only one car space for each villa. Also there is ample parking surrounding the villas for the public to use.

Are pets allowed at your villas?

No pets are permitted. Additional cleaning charges will apply if this condition is breached and deducted from your credit card or deposit.

What is your payment policy?

Full payment is required at time of booking. If payment is not received by the due date, The Villas of Byron reserves the right to cancel the booking.

What are your payment options?

Payments are accepted by credit cards, Visa, MasterCard or AMEX. Credit card payments incur a 1% surcharge and AMEX 3% surcharge. All payments are only accepted in AUS dollars. Payments can be accepted via direct deposit.

What are your cancellation terms & charges?

If you cancel with a minimum of 3 months notice prior to your arrival date a 20% cancellation fee will be incurred.
If you cancel between 3-1 month prior to your arrival date a 35% cancellation fee of the booking total will be incurred.
If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date a 50% cancellation fee of the booking total will be incurred.
If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your arrival date 100% of the booking total will be retained.
No cancellations are accepted on the day of arrival or after check in. You will be charged the total of the reserved stay under all circumstances. Written notification must be provided for all cancellations.

Do you have a restaurant?

No, unfortunately we don’t have a restaurant. However all our villas has immense gourmet kitchens and our dedicated and discreet chef can prepare a feast for you in the comfort and privacy of your own villa. You can choose from our delicious two-course set breakfast or one of our tantalizing three-course dinner options that take decadence to new heights. Also we have an extensive hamper and platter menus.

Do you have a spa?

No, unfortunately we don’t have a spa, however we have an extensive pamper menu but from our decadent face, hand and foot beauty rituals or sample our range of well-being services including full-body remedial, swedish, energy balancing, hot stone, deep tissue, pregnancy or reflexology massage and private yoga.
